These terms explain how to use KuchingTalk Undi. Public information is available without an account. Read these terms and our privacy notice before creating a visitor account or submitting content.
About this website
KuchingTalk Undi is an independent election information website, not an official website of the Election Commission, government, a political party or a candidate. Official announcements govern election dates, nominations, boundaries, voter eligibility and certified results.
Information and corrections
Historical data follows the labelled year, source and boundary version and must not be treated as current-election data. We aim to check and correct information, but omissions, delays or errors may occur. Email us the page link and a reliable source when reporting an issue.
Visitor accounts
Facebook sign-in is optional. Maps and results can be viewed without signing in. Protect your account, do not impersonate others, attempt administrative access or abuse the service through automation. A visitor account is not candidate identity verification, a nomination or an expression of political support.
Submissions and review
Business offers are reviewed before publication. Submit accurate information and ensure you have the necessary rights to submitted text, pictures and marks. You permit us to use submitted content for review, publication and corrections. Do not submit fraud, harassment, privacy violations or material infringing others’ rights. We may reject or remove problematic submissions and restrict accounts that abuse the service; contact us to dispute a decision.
Offers and external services
Merchants are responsible for offer terms, availability and fulfilment. Editorial review does not guarantee a transaction or food quality. Offers must not require voting proof, an inked finger or support for a candidate. External websites have their own terms and are not controlled by us.
Images, data and sharing
Rights and licences for third-party text, photos, marks and data depend on their original sources. Display on this site does not grant a new licence or imply endorsement. Preserve years, sources and required attribution when sharing, and do not distort historical records or impersonate an official announcement.
Privacy and deletion
Our privacy notice explains personal-data handling. Delete your visitor account in My account or request deletion through Facebook. A valid signed Facebook request automatically deletes the matching visitor data immediately, without manual approval. Deleting a site account does not delete your Facebook account. Independently submitted business records or emails require separate requests.
Changes and contact
Changes to features or terms will be explained on this site, with an update date on the page. Contact [email protected] about corrections, complaints, withdrawals or accounts. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
